Qualifications

• Social worker or RN preferred, willing to train.
• At least one year experience working with medical patients preferred.
• Must possess assessment skills, exhibit sound judgment and be able to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of Medicare and AHCCCS regulations/requirements.
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to network within the community.
