Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and secretarial tasks for nursing department staff.
• Maintains master binder/files of forms, admissions, and department logs.
• Assists with patient transport setup to SNF, Home Health, and hospice services.
• Input to EMR and conducts UR reviews under supervision of Case Manager.
