Job summary

OsecoElfab in Broken Arrow, OK, seeks a Disc Fabricator to support production of rupture disc products. You will follow OE procedures, read drawings, and work orders, while ensuring accuracy in data entry and quality control.

You will operate presses and related equipment, perform burst testing, and adjust processes to meet safety and quality standards. This role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with manufacturing data entry and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong numeracy and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine disk material thickness using established formulas and procedures.
• Cut materials using cutting tables or square shears.
• Set up proper die in hydraulic or air press.
• Blank and form material while conducting burst testing.
• Adjust burst pressure through annealing or stress relieving in heat treat ovens.
• Record pertinent lot card data accurately.
• Operate presses, ovens, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure shipments meet specifications and are dispatched on time.
