Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and conversions.
• Capable of following written, oral, or diagram instructions with accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills for variable scenarios in standard processes.
• Basic computer skills and data entry into ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine test pressure for assemblies and set up flange sets.
• Operate torque wrench, impact wrench, and other hand tools.
• Use lifting equipment to move flanges and assemblies.
• Perform hydraulic pressure testing and record data accurately.
• Ensure products meet specifications and are ready for dispatch.
• Communicate issues to supervision and adjust work plans to meet schedules.
