Job summary

OsecoElfab in Oklahoma is seeking a Disc Fabricator to support production of rupture discs. You will cut, form, and heat-treat disk material, set up presses, and ensure parts meet specifications through precise measurement and documentation.

You will work with ERP systems for data entry, perform burst testing, and maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced environment while following OE procedures and lot cards.

Qualifications

• Accurate reading of instructions, drawings, and procedures.
• Strong attention to quality and documentation.
• Basic math for measurements and conversions.
• Experience with manufacturing or fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Determine disk material thickness using established formulas and procedures.
• Cut materials using cutting tables or square shears.
• Set up the proper die in hydraulic or air press.
• Blank and form material while conducting burst testing.
• Adjust burst pressure through annealing or stress relieving in heat treat ovens.
• Record pertinent lot card data accurately and attach tags to disks.
