Job summary

Volarify in Macomb, MI seeks a Project Manager with restoration or construction experience to lead large-scale mitigation projects (water, fire, mold). This full-time role supports emergency response nationwide and offers growth into estimating and senior project management.

You will coordinate service lines, manage budgets and schedules, mentor crews, and maintain safety and quality standards across projects, with flexibility for field work and travel.

Qualifications

• Project management knowledge in restoration or construction.
• Ability to lead large-scale mitigation projects.
• Willingness to support national emergency response (CAT duty).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of service lines offered by the client.
• Scope, schedule, manage work, enforce safety, and uphold quality standards.
• Build and refine project management skills: time management, budgeting, scheduling, supervision, customer communication, safety, and documentation.
• Review and document project progress daily and communicate updates.
• Qualify vendors/subcontractors and guide onboarding.
• Manage fixed bid and time/material projects.
• Understand invoicing protocols and provide supporting documentation.
