You will manage proposals, review blueprints, coordinate manpower and materials, monitor progress, and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors while adapting to challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Prior construction management experience is required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions.
• Review proposals and/or blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate manpower and materials for projects.
• Monitor job progress and quality control.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Work closely with subcontractors.
• Know when to say, I need help.
