SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan and drive reconstruction projects, ensuring top-quality service for customers, clients, and sub-contractors. You will oversee the entire customer experience and coordinate resources to deliver projects on time.

The role emphasizes effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage customer experience and satisfaction.
• Educate customers on process.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• Create project schedule, timeline, and budget.
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
• Ensure proper permits are acquired.
