ServiceMaster DSI in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day disaster restoration claims across the country. The role collaborates with customers, employees, and insurers to ensure top-tier service and timely resolution.

The position requires Monday–Friday availability, On-Call duties, and occasional travel (0–5%). Starting pay is $17/hr, negotiable by experience, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years Disaster restoration experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer software skills and ability to learn.
• The ability to travel a minimum of 0-5%.
• Position requires Monday - Friday availability and On-Call status (on-call completed from home).
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Must pass background check and Pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day management of claims via claims management software and service with outcomes meeting cost, quality, and speed targets.
• Maintains Account Management capabilities, prioritizing claims and issues to meet timelines.
• Reviews Project Management written claims for accuracy per SM standards and guidelines.
• Fosters clear communication with field staff, customers, and internal teams and seeks efficiency improvements.
