ServiceMaster Restoration Services (SRS) - West Coast in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects, including water, fire, and mold remediation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM leadership in restoration, strong organizational and communication skills, experience with DocuSketch, and the ability to work in-field across sites with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Construction, Disaster Restoration, or related industry.
• Leadership/mentoring experience in a team setting.
• Experience with DocuSketch or similar estimating tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage disaster restoration projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies; conduct site inspections.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Document losses, including sketches and scope sheets for estimates.
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources, adjustors, and customers.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
