Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Merrimack, NH, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects, including water, fire, and mold remediation. The role requires strategic leadership, strong organizational skills, and a track record delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, ensure compliance with industry standards, and build partnerships with adjustors and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Construction, Disaster Restoration, or related industry.
• Leadership, coaching and/or team management experience.
• Proven history of leadership and/or team management.
• Organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking with high emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of industry standards and protocols.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage disaster restoration projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies; conduct site inspections.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Complete all required documentation for losses (e.g., sketch and scope sheet).
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources, including adjustors and customers.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
