SERVPRO is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager for the Chantilly franchise area. You will plan and execute reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality service while coordinating customers, clients, and subcontractors.

Candidates with restoration/construction experience and a high school diploma/GED are preferred; PMP certification is a plus. The role involves managing schedules, permits, and budgets in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum experience in customer service; restoration/construction background preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Maintain clear customer and client communications throughout the project.
• Identify and coordinate subcontractors and resource providers.
• Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress.
