SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead fire and water restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating customers, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality service. The role emphasizes superb communication, the ability to handle challenging environments, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

A High school diploma and PMP certification are preferred; training and advancement opportunities abound within this

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on process.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Ensure proper permits are acquired.
• Create project schedule, timeline, and budget.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
