BMS CAT is seeking a Project Director to lead estimating for fire, water, flood, mold, and other losses in both residential and commercial settings. You will partner with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property managers to ensure accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and profitable execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on estimating experience.
• Xactimate experience required.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and generate repeat referral business.
• Strong sales mindset with pipeline management and growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emergencies with urgency and ownership to secure opportunities.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates from site inspections using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs, scope alignment, and compliant supplements.
• Provide customers with daily updates and ensure timely payment; address concerns with adjusters and consultants.
• Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with adjusters, brokers, and property managers.
• Drive new business through networking, prospecting, and industry event participation.
• Support marketing presentations, lunches, and capability meetings.
• Focus on revenue growth, customer experience, and profit performance.
