Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects end-to-end with support from a Construction Superintendent.

The role requires disaster restoration estimating experience and the ability to write scopes in Xactimate, strong communication, and travel as needed. Competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial).
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify and address potential legal issues with Branch Manager.
