ServiceMaster by Griffing in Northeast PA is seeking a Crew Chief for fire and water disaster restoration. This full-time role requires leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety; overtime is paid weekly and training is provided.

You will work both indoors and outdoors on challenging restoration sites, with responsibilities including coordinating crews, ensuring quality work, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have IICRC certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration crews in fire and water jobs.
• Ensure safety and quality during disaster response.
• Coordinate with clients/homeowners and manage on-site logistics.
