You will pack, load, disassemble, clean contents, inventory, photograph items, and provide excellent customer service while meeting tight timelines and maintaining a safe, organized

Responsibilities

• Pack, load and transport contents in residential and commercial settings.
• Disassembly and reassembly of contents as needed.
• Dry and wet cleaning of contents.
• Inventorying and inventory photographing of items.
• Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.) where applicable.
• Identify salvageable versus non-salvageable contents.
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and clients.
• Meet tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite at all times.
• Proactively communicate site conditions and concerns to the supervisor.
