Service Master Restore, Inc. seeks a Restoration Contents Associate to work with theContents Lead and team to process homeowners' personal property in both residential and commercial settings. Advancement opportunities exist within the company.

The role involves packing, loading, disassembly, cleaning, inventorying, deodorization, and safeguarding property while meeting tight timelines. A strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision in residential and commercial settings handling contents: packing, loading and transport.
• Disassembly and reassembly of items as needed.
• Dry and wet cleaning of contents.
• Inventorying and inventory photographing.
• Deodorization using ozone, foggers, etc.
• Identify salvageable versus non-salvageable contents.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet deadlines under time constraints.
