Job summary

Service Master Restore, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Contents Associate to work with the Contents Lead and team in processing homeowners’ personal property in both residential and commercial settings. Opportunity for advancement exists within the company.

The role focuses on handling contents through packing, loading, disassembly, cleaning, inventorying, deodorization, and careful safeguarding of client property while meeting tight timelines. A hands-on, team-driven environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Packing, loading, and transporting contents in residential and commercial settings.
• Disassembly and reassembly of contents.
• Dry and wet cleaning of contents.
• Inventorying and photographing contents.
• Deodorization using ozone or foggers as needed.
• Identify salvageable vs non-salvageable contents.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet timelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
• Proactively communicate site conditions and concerns to management.
• Operate and track jobs using an IPAD.
• Assist water department tasks as directed by supervisor.
