Job summary

BMS CAT in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead both residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality workmanship while coordinating with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurers.

The role offers opportunities to handle diverse projects, develop your leadership, and progress toward greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years managing insurance reconstruction or related projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across phases.
• Solid knowledge of residential systems (framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience budgeting and change orders.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Interact daily with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurers.
• Lead coordination of schedules, budgets, and quality control.
