ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from planning through completion. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, blueprints literacy, and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

You will oversee on-site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and coordinate schedules, costs, and client communications across restoration and rebuild efforts.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Responsabilidades
