Job summary

Bolton Holdings LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for the Perry Operations Center in Perry, Florida. This hands-on role requires daily presence to monitor a fleet of approximately 200 mobile disaster-response assets, oversee the on-site team, and ensure readiness for deployment.

The position reports to the Director of Operations, with decisions escalated for approval. The role emphasizes asset readiness, maintenance planning, site management, deployment coordination, and team leadership.

Qualifications

Five+ years in operations/fleet management or similar.
Strong cost control and time-and-material tracking experience.
Experience supervising employees or contract personnel.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, carriers, and management.

Responsibilities

Ensure asset readiness for about 200 mobile disaster-service assets; monitor deployment readiness and inspections.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs; track labor, materials, and services.
Oversee 25-acre Perry facility, two maintenance shops, offices, and yards; enforce safety and cleanliness.
Coordinate deployment, mobilization, and asset movement with transport partners; maintain documentation.
Lead on-site team, establish expectations, staff planning, and coaching.
Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships; push approvals through Director.
Maintain asset information in Samsara; roll out new operations system and provide management reports.
