Job summary

Industrial Tent Systems' Perry Operations Center in Perry, Florida, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily fleet readiness and site operations across a 25-acre facility.

You will lead on-site staff, coordinate maintenance, manage vendors and inventory, and report to the Director of Operations to ensure deployment-ready assets and compliant, efficient processes during activations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in operations management, fleet management, or facility management.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience supervising employees and/or contract personnel.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work during activations and high-demand disaster-response mobilizations.

Responsibilities

• Asset Readiness: Maintain operational readiness of ~200 mobile assets and verify deployment readiness.
• Maintenance Program & Work Control: Develop and manage PM programs and tracking of costs.
• Facility & Site Management: Oversee 25-acre Perry facility, safety, and security.
• Deployment & Mobilization: Coordinate mobilization and dispatch of equipment.
• Team Leadership & Site Staffing: Direct on-site personnel and establish performance standards.
• Vendors, Parts & Procurement: Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Systems, Records & Reporting: Maintain asset information in Samsara and generate management reports.
