The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
• Thorough knowledge of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize logistics for digital, campus-based, and field training events, including materials, trainers, and equipment.
• Provide administrative support for training activities by maintaining organized records and documentation, preparing materials, and data entry.
• Manage email and phone correspondence and coordinate communication between trainers, participants, and internal departments.
• Follow Samaritan's Purse policies as set forth in the Policy Manual.
