Responsibilities include creating key artifacts (RTM, Project Charter, DR Plan), leading post-incident reviews, and supporting audits while applying Agile practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT/IS with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, JIRA, Sharepoint, ServiceNow and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery methodologies and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and evolve the enterprise-wide DR strategy aligned with BC, ERM and cybersecurity goals.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and guide technical staff delivering DR solutions.
• Create and maintain key artifacts (RTM, Project Charter, DR Plan, etc.) and lead post-incident reviews.
• Support internal/external audits and facilitate Scrum-related activities.
