Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating DR planning and testing.
• Familiarity with ERP DR for SAP/Oracle and other large apps preferred.
• Strong documentation, governance, and audit-ready records.
• Knowledge of backups, cloud resiliency, and recovery technologies.
• Awareness of Generative AI tools to improve DR docs and testing.

Responsibilities

• Disaster Recovery Planning & Documentation: develop, maintain, and quality-review DRPs.
• DR Testing Coordination: schedule exercises, coordinate logistics, collect evidence.
• Governance & Compliance Support: validate DR metrics and governance processes.
• ServiceNow / CMDB Administration Support: manage DR records and workflow updates.
• Reporting & Metrics: produce DR status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Project & Program Support: assist with DR initiatives and roadmap deliverables.
• Cross-Team Coordination: facilitate DR exercises across teams and external partners.
