Tetra Tech is seeking experienced Disaster Recovery / Grant Management / Public Assistance Consultants to support FEMA and other programs across the United States. This on-call, as-needed role offers opportunities to work remotely, onsite, or in hybrid capacities depending on project requirements.

As part of the Disaster Recovery team, you will provide technical expertise, grants management support, and compliance guidance to maximize recovery funding while adhering to applicable laws and

Qualifications

• 2+ years FEMA Public Assistance experience or disaster recovery consulting.
• Knowledge of FEMA Public Assistance policy, PAPPG, and grant requirements.
• Experience with project formulation, PW development, and grant documentation reviews.
• Experience responding to RFIs and handling reimbursement requests.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted adviser to applicants throughout the FEMA Public Assistance lifecycle.
• Assist with PDAs, recovery scoping, damage inventory, and project formulation.
• Develop and review FEMA Project Worksheets and Grants submissions.
• Identify and address compliance risks and documentation gaps.
• Support RFIs, determination memoranda, appeals, and other program actions.
• Maintain awareness of FEMA policies and regulatory updates.
