Job summary

Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking a Project Control Analyst to oversee the Super PMO for the Rebuild USVI initiative. You will develop, implement, assess, and control disaster recovery projects and programs, providing guidance to recipient/sub-recipient administrations.

You will monitor and report on PA, HMPG, and other federally funded disaster recovery activities, support master schedule and budget, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or related management experience.
• Project management certifications and licenses preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate effectiveness of the territory’s Super PMO for the Rebuild USVI initiative.
• Monitor, analyze, and report disaster recovery project activities to aid completion.
• Develop and implement, assess and control disaster recovery projects and programs.
• Manage and monitor PA, HMPG, and other federally funded disaster recovery projects for QA.
• Prepare reports for PA, HMPG, CDBG-DR grant programs’ performance measures.
• Maintain project database, track progress, and document issues.
• Assist with master schedule and master budget development for projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Support policy development to fulfill project objectives for design and construction.
