Job summary

The USVI Office of Disaster Recovery is seeking a Project Control Analyst to oversee disaster recovery projects and programs within the Super PMO framework. You will develop, monitor, and assess project controls, schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure compliance with federal funding requirements.

You will compile performance metrics, coordinate with sub-recipients and consultants, and support leadership in policy and process improvements to advance Rebuild USVI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Project management experience or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PA and FEMA/HMPG/disaster recovery projects for quality assurance and completeness.
• Compile and analyze reports for program performance and funding sources.
• Monitor sub-recipients' reporting compliance and deadlines.
• Maintain project database and track progress, issues, and actions.
• Assist with master schedule, master budget, and payment tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support policy development for project objectives and construction design.
