Job summary

Hagerty Consulting Inc. seeks a Recovery Managing Associate to support disaster recovery efforts for government and private clients. The role involves collaboration with leadership, strategic planning, and managing key Recovery division functions, with limited travel.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in relevant fields, plus 2+ years supporting FEMA PA/IA programs. Strong communication and Excel/Word skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• At least three years of experience in a relevant field.
• At least two years supporting FEMA PA and/or IA programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Support local governments and private non-profits with comprehensive recovery from natural disasters.
• Collaborate with government and non-profit clients on multi-billion dollar recovery projects.
• Assist in drafting guidance on FEMA PA/IA eligibility.
