Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of disaster case management or related field experience.
• Experience supporting project or program management activities.
• Ability to travel to remote parts of Alaska.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery principles and survivor assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the overall management of the Disaster Case Management Program.
• Provide advisory support to state, local, and federal partners on program operations.
• Provide technical guidance on policy, procedures, and SOPs.
• Manage program staff and supervising personnel as assigned.
• Oversee teaming partners and subcontractors for program delivery.
• Monitor productivity, caseload distribution, and service delivery.
• Develop tools to track caseloads, referrals, survivor outcomes, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for survivor information.
• Coordinate with leadership and partners to leverage recovery resources.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating status and risks.
• Present updates to leadership and stakeholders.
