Job summary

US Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery is seeking a Project Control Analyst to support the Super PMO and the Rebuild USVI initiative. The analyst develops and implements, assesses and controls, and reviews disaster recovery projects administered by the recipient/sub-recipient and provides assistance in evaluating program effectiveness.

The analyst also monitors, analyzes, and reports on disaster recovery project activities to assist in completing each assigned project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PM certifications preferred but not required.
5+ years in project management or related management roles.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the implementation of PA/HMPG/other disaster recovery-related projects for QA, accuracy and completeness.
Compile, analyze, and prepare reports for performance measures and data.
Review sub-recipients reports to ensure on-time submission and compliance.
Monitor and update the project database; document and report issues.
Assist the project team in preparing reports and presentations.
Participate in project progress reviews and in developing the integrated master schedule and master budget.
Assist with tracking payment applications and ensure alignment with objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Assist leadership in policy/procedure development for design and construction.
