Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor, contractor, and subrecipient payments in the ERP system with proper documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy and approvals before entry.
• Maintain electronic records and supporting documents for financial management.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to payment inquiries.
• Ensure funding availability and timely processing of transactions.
