First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a hands-on Technician to handle emergency restoration tasks across water, fire, and mold projects. You’ll work with a skilled team, use a variety of tools, and gain real-world experience in mitigation and recovery for businesses and homes.

Safety is a priority as you follow established protocols, track progress with basic computer skills, and support project documentation, photos, and daily reports while contributing to rapid customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restoration experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines
