Job summary

Ceres Environmental Operations is hiring a Loader Operator for on-site project locations across active sites. You will load, move, and stockpile debris, support disaster response, and help with site setup while maintaining safety and productivity.

We require 2+ years of loader experience, a valid license, and comfort working outdoors in dynamic environments. Per Diem and lodging are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to load, move, and stockpile debris and materials.
• Support disaster response by clearing roadways and loading trucks for disposal.
• Perform site preparation and material handling for field operations.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow project plans and supervisor directions to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to coordinate work.
• Assist with general labor tasks and other operational duties as needed.
