Job summary

Ceres Environmental Operations is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to support hauling for debris removal and equipment transport on disaster response and environmental projects. You will safely move materials between job sites, staging areas, and disposal locations, operating tractor-trailers and hauling equipment under demanding conditions.

The role emphasizes safe driving, timely deliveries, and compliance with DOT regulations, with travel opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of driving debris, materials, or equipment.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport debris, materials, and heavy equipment between project sites, staging areas, and disposal facilities.
• Operate tractor-trailers and hauling equipment on-road and off-road.
• Load, secure, and unload debris and equipment safely in accordance with standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Maintain driver logs, load tickets, and required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with field teams, dispatch, and supervisors to meet timelines.
• Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance needs.
• Adapt to changing routes and project demands.
• Assist with general site operations as needed.
