Job summary

Guidacent, Inc. is seeking a senior program leader to drive a large-scale Disaster Recovery and High Availability initiative for a major client undergoing data center modernization in the Greater Seattle area.

You will oversee governance, risk management, and multi-team coordination across application, infrastructure, and network domains, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness of DR/HA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Enterprise DR/HA program leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong governance, risk, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead DR/HA program end-to-end from initiation to operations.
• Develop integrated program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, governance.
• Drive executive communications, steering and risk management.
• Establish RAID processes and reporting structures for program health.
• Coordinate migrations across applications, infrastructure, and networks.
• Ensure readiness, runbooks, cutover plans, and post-migration validation.
