The role involves independent analytical work across PA, CDAA, FMAG, HMGP, HMEP, PDM, FMA, IRC, and related programs, under strict deadlines, with opportunities to lead junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery statutes, regulations, and policies for FEMA and CDAA.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and recommend actions.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Analyze financial, programmatic, and administrative data for PA and CDAA grant programs.
• Advise management on program alternatives, impacts, and efficiencies.
• Lead or mentor Analyst I or program support staff as needed.
• Prepare reports and data analyses to support decisions and compliance.
• Respond to short-term priorities while maintaining ongoing workload.
