Job summary

California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking an Analyst I based in Orange County, CA. The position entails space planning and facilities-related duties, serving as a liaison with the Department of General Services on plans, specifications, contracts and leases.

The role supports the new Southern California Campus with hybrid telework eligibility. The salary is $3,861.00 to $6,276.00 per month, with new-hire placement at the minimum of the classification or alternate

Qualifications

• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support informed decision making.
• Experience developing, managing, and maintaining databases, tables, dashboards, and reports for program monitoring and evaluation.
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to assume duties of varying complexity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform less complex space planning and facilities-related functions.
• Act as liaison with the Department of General Services for plans, specs, contracts and leases.
• Support coordination and reporting across Cal OES operations.
