Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full Time – Eligibility Analyst to join our Disaster Recovery team in Guaynabo, PR. The role involves reviewing project documentation to ensure compliance with CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, and HMGP requirements, validating eligible costs, and supporting procurement and environmental records.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, assisting with match payments, and conducting eligibility reviews per SOPs.

Qualifications

• One year of experience auditing federally funded grant programs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation to ensure compliance with CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, and HMGP requirements.
• Validate eligible costs, procurement, and environmental records.
• Support match payment reviews and assist with compliance and evaluation processes.
• Record and organize PW documents in PRDOH’s system per procedures.
• Conduct eligibility reviews and submit documentation to the Eligibility Manager.
• Perform National Objective reviews for applicable projects and assist with HMGP evaluations.
