Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join our Disaster Recovery Cadre, supporting FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs nationwide. The role involves developing cost estimates for infrastructure restoration, and working with multidisciplinary teams to define eligible work.

Assignments may be remote, field-based, or hybrid, and travel is expected to support disaster response activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for disaster recovery projects.
• Support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs.
• Prepare cost analyses for infrastructure and facilities.
