Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Data Analyst - Disaster Recovery Cadre (Finance) to support FEMA Public Assistance and related programs. You will develop accurate, defensible cost estimates for infrastructure and emergency work, and help determine funding eligibility for public facilities.

This on-call cadre role requires experience in construction estimating, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across field and office locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction estimating or related discipline.
• Experience developing conceptual, parametric, and detailed cost estimates for infrastructure or facilities.
• Experience estimating labor, equipment, material, and construction costs.
• Familiarity with modern construction practices and project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs through cost estimating activities.
• Prepare cost estimates for roads, bridges, utilities, buildings, and drainage projects.
• Review engineering reports, plans, and cost documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain project records and support program reviews and audits.
