Louis tornado. You will assess properties, develop scopes/budgets, coordinate bids and permits, and liaise with homeowners, contractors, DCMs, and partners to ensure safe, on-schedule, grant-compliant projects.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator. This coordinator will join the Disaster Services team and the position is a grant‑funded, temporary full‑time position responsible for coordinating residential repair and reconstruction projects for homeowners impacted by the May 2025 St. Louis tornado. This position conducts property assessments, develops scopes of work and project budgets, coordinates bids, permits, contractors, and project activities, and serves as the primary liaison among homeowners, Disaster Case Managers, contractors, and community partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with grant requirements and applicable building codes. Continued employment may be available based on grant renewal and organizational needs.

Pre-Employment Screening
