Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a Deputy Construction Manager to support disaster recovery housing efforts in the Tampa Bay area. You will work with the Construction Manager and field team to coordinate general contractors, review Xactimate-based scopes, and conduct residential inspections to ensure program compliance.

Responsibilities include tracking schedules, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with case management to align with HUD and DR program requirements; travel across Florida is expected

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
3–5 years in construction management or field supervision.
2+ years in CDBG-DR or other federally funded residential programs.
Proficiency with Xactimate for cost estimation.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate general contractors across multiple residential repair and reconstruction projects.
Prepare and review Xactimate-based cost estimates and scopes of work.
Conduct comprehensive residential inspections (interior, exterior, crawlspace, attic, roof).
Track project schedules, production rates and deliverables; communicate delays.
Maintain organized daily activity logs and program documentation.
