Job summary

Tidal Basin HoldCo, LLC is seeking a Constituent Services Manager, Disaster Case Management to lead client-centered recovery services for disaster survivors in Alaska. You will collaborate with community partners and government agencies to ensure equitable access to resources, while guiding program implementation and quality assurance.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed practices, and the ability to manage complex cases and sensitive communications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, emergency management, human services, public health, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in case management, constituent services, disaster recovery, human services, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and coordination within the Municipality of Anchorage and statewide to identify recovery resources for survivors.
• Build relationships and facilitate communications among agencies to streamline resources.
• Promote a collaborative, service-oriented team culture focused on accountability, equity, and high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure services are delivered in a timely, trauma-informed, culturally responsive manner.
• Prepare trainings and communications; support surge staffing and field operations.
• Oversee intake, assessment, recovery planning, referrals, and follow-up services.
• Advocate for constituents with service providers and partners as needed.
• Monitor case files, data entry, and program reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
