Qualifications

• Experience in disaster response or community-based social services preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to connect with disaster-impacted families.
• Build trust via culturally responsive engagement with survivors.
• Complete intake assessments and listen to survivor needs and resources.
• Develop individualized Disaster Recovery Plans with survivors.
• Provide ongoing case management and monitor progress toward goals.
• Maintain confidential case records and document in VisionLink within 24 hours.
