Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant case management experience in social services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass TSA MVR check.
• Knowledge of social services and local resources; ability to refer families.
• Ability to work in Pasadena, CA and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop recovery plans.
• Provide information and referrals as part of a mutual recovery plan.
• Build relationships with families to support self-sufficiency.
• Assist survivors in choosing best short- and long-term recovery paths.
• Develop and monitor recovery plans to reach pre-disaster well-being.
• Maintain thorough and timely client records and perform home visits.
