Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a dedicated disaster case manager to support Eaton fire survivors and their families through advocacy, information and referral, crisis intervention, and recovery services. This full-time position is funded for one year and requires a strong commitment to helping people regain stability after a disaster.

You will conduct needs assessments, develop recovery plans, maintain accurate case records, coordinate with government and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least three years of relevant case management experience in the social services field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass TSA MVR check and in-house driving test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop recovery plans for disaster survivors.
• Provide information, referrals, and crisis intervention.
• Advocate and coordinate with service providers to achieve self-sufficiency.
• Maintain client records and conduct home visits.
• Represent Salvation Army at meetings and events.
