Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Spokane, WA seeks a Disaster Recovery Case Manager to lead direct case management for disaster survivors and families. You will build partnerships, maintain records, and coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive recovery plans.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in social services and disaster recovery experience; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role based at Spokane Citadel Corps.

Qualifications

• Previous disaster recovery experience required.
• Knowledge of social services and local resources for referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct case management to disaster survivors and families.
• Develop and maintain community resource maps and partnerships.
• Manage survivor records and program data; prepare required reports.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services; address service gaps.
• Represent The Salvation Army at recovery meetings and events.
