Job summary

World Vision, Inc. is seeking a Domestic HEA Grant Program Manager to build and sustain disaster response readiness across a national network of church partners, ensuring training, systems, and grant-compliant practices to serve as disaster response hubs.

You will oversee the grant-funded initiative with accountability for grant compliance, monitoring, reporting, outcomes, and relationship management across hubs and partner networks, including donor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience in program/project management, grant management or compliance, monitoring and reporting, disaster response or capacity development.
• Experience with faith-based, nonprofit, community, or relief and development partners preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, relationship management, documentation, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep church partners oriented with program design, grant requirements, reporting expectations, compliance obligations, and roles and responsibilities.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, documentation, staffing/consulting needs, and project activities within the grant scope.
• Monitor partner readiness, program progress, compliance status, and outcomes; coordinate solutions within the grant scope.
• Coordinate close-out processes, including final reports and lessons learned, and ensure donor communications.
